ibis Bangkok IMPACT, together with Novotel Bangkok IMPACT and GROOVE & GREENS Café, hosts iCare Charity Aerobics 2026, an outdoor aerobics session led by Coach Pae on Thursday 8 October 2026, 17:00-18:30, at the outdoor area of ibis Bangkok IMPACT, Muang Thong Thani. Entry is 199 THB per person. It is a non-profit event: all funds go to iCare Thailand Foundation to build a dormitory for students in Mae Hong Son.

90 minutes with Coach Pae, all levels welcome
The heart of the evening is a 90-minute outdoor aerobics session led by Coach Pae. You do not need to know how to dance: move at your own pace and rest whenever you like. Comfortable clothes and trainers are all you need, and fancy dress is very welcome, because there is a prize for the best fancy costume.

iCare Charity Aerobics 2026 is a non-profit event. All funds go to iCare Thailand Foundation to build a dormitory for students in Mae Hong Son province. One evening of dancing, and a safer place to sleep for the students.
